    I was disappointed to be informed by my broker in Hong Kong that as my address is in Hong Kong I am not eligible to subscribe for the 0.05 cent shares. This seems unfair and presumably cuts out many potential subscribers who would be able to help add to ITC's coffers. Is anyone else in the same boat?
