Dart should release this on their website, its as relevant to their business as any of the random articles from British news sites that they release. This is only positive news, sure its not going to skyrocket the stock - but I can't understand why a small cap company like this would not use every method possible to gain positive sentiment.
Why? has their been a fire sale with all their staff - knowing they are going to sell out to IGAS and they don't care anymore? If IGAS deal was dead or never on the cards, DTE would have been all-over this saying how it further legitimises their plans. I really like this deal actually. Ineos is a serious company.
What scares the hell out of me, is what will happen with a no vote - because something stinks with the direction of this ship. When a recommended takeover is rejected - does the board have to resign? any instances of this occurring on the ASX anyone can think of?
Oh well.... at least IGAS is up 3%
