Thanks for the advice. I have spoken to the doc in the past. While he was forthcoming and generous with his time I found him to be an intersting mix of pompous and smug while at the same time being well meaning. I think the doc is smart enough to fool himself into thinking all is well and any problems or hold-ups are not his fault. I got a lecture on how he would fix native title but no insight on how he is going to deal with it the way it is. In my opinion the doc honestly believes he is doing all he can for shareholders but he may just not have the skill set necessary for the next stage of the company. The pooblem is for all practical purposes he owns the company.
I am not inclined to ring again.
I am informed that he does read the threads so I will communicate with him in this way.
