    if the quarterly is another bad one, how much luck are they going to have even raising money?potential participants would surely know of the lies they told about what the previous CR was for,when it was obviously just for working capital.

    Also won’t a CR below 35c result in potentially huge dilution with those clauses in the convertible note in regards to the issuance of new shares??
