KIK in TH should get an update on plans for the shallows in the short term
Request for Trading Halt Pursuant to Listing Rule 17.1, Kairiki Energy Limited (Kairiki) requests an immediate trading halt be granted by the ASX, with respect to Kairiki fully paid ordinary shares (ASX code: KIK). In accordance with Listing Rule 17.1, Kairiki advises: (a) the reason for the request is to facilitate an orderly market in the companys securities pending an update by the company on future operations within Service Contract 54A; (b) Kairiki anticipates the trading halt to remain in place until the earlier of such time as it makes an announcement in relation to the equity raising and the expiration of the period permitted under listing rule 17.1.1; and (c) Kairiki is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted.
