I have checked with IFN and both of my stock brokers and you are correct.
IFN is ex-rights today. In other words, if you sell your shares today you STILL have the rights to buy new shares on those shares you sold today.
In light of that, IFN's share price is doing very well today. It's actually UP on the last day of trading (before the entitlement offer was announced). This is rare and reflective of the fact that this plan adds value to the company and that there is a great future ahead of us.
