No it is not the Deloraine Factory that BUBS purchased in April 2019 for $35M.
The factory that is advertised in AFR is the now closed Aussie Milk Products Facilities, located in the same suburb.
This has been For Sale by the Receivers for some time now.
Given today's announcement on the BRI, the Deloraine Factory is probably now worthless.
China will never approval SAMR or renew the CNCA Licence at Deloraine.
Deloraine's CNCA Licence expires 31st Dec 2021. The chances of renewal are very low. If it is not renewed, BUBS cannot manufacture product for China at the factory after 31st Dec 2021.
