Infant formula player

WHA has been well set up as an early player of infant formula listed companies on ASX.

● Tied up with supplier, Organic Dairy Farmers of Australia
● Strategic investing in manufacturer, 5% Blend & Pack
● Secures CNCA licence for WHA formula in Blend & Pack
● Distribution agreement with largest Chinese mums and baby store, Aiyingdao
● Distribution agreement with Metcash, i.e. IGA
● 2.5% Joint Venture with ODFA, Blend & Pack, Masion (owns 55% of Aiyingdao) to develop organic baby products

WHA is currently raising $9.5m cash @56c to fund strategic investment in Blend & Pack and proposed joint venture with ODFA, B & P and Masion.

WHA have donated,
1. CNY4m worthy (about $800k) infant formulas to local Chinese in Guangdong province in May 2017.
2. CNY288k worthy infant formulas to local Chinese in Chongqing in July 2017.
