Maybe you're being overly optimistic Bomoh ?? They might be commissioned by 2040, and if still intact after dropping to the bottom of the ocean, you are assuming some of the submariners are still alive ... and then will the accuracy of the weapon systems be able to hit the target
just remember with luck the subs will be a bargain at 100 billion after cost overruns
anyway after we're colonised by then our overlords will have to deal with these costs
