Looks like the cynic in me was never too far from the mark... MIN lending $15m (chump change for them) to a group of 'incompetents' to pick up a trove significantly undervalued assets was always the plan, they never had confidence in the EGO BoD, they'll 'clean up' and walk away from this in front,, and the potential the previous groups of greedy 'incompetents' forfeited on our collective behalves...
