While POS is rolling out the 1.1 scenario and waiting for the 2.2 POX/HPAL scenario to play out maybe it can use excess capacity to toll treat ore from local satellite (non-POS) mines to produce POX/HPAL grade as well as smelter grade ore.
PH has raised this tolling possibility previously. Today Ni price is much higher.
It seems that POS has a huge capacity with infrastructure. So why not use marginal capacity to generate marginal revenue.
Is this reasonable? Are there such local mines ready and waiting?
