I'd suggest very little influence. I'd suggest that the pressure came from ASIC. Then from the adverse publicity that the deal received in the press and from the shareholders association.
Something also that I feel had some effect is the fact that Oliver Curtis was also involved and he has also a record with ASIC that I am told is "unfinished business".
