    Been watching for a while and my target price was 50c before buying in. Purchased at an average of 47c to make it my third largest holding so very happy at present. I see fair value 70-80c. I would love to see it develop as a solid long term holding with strong regular dividends. The current climate suggests it might be a take over target- perhaps at your suggested $1 price- but I would be surprised if more. Happy to hold and see where this one goes.
