there are some third party sites on the east coast that are included in the Telsa network - some of those are powered by rooftop panels and batteries... but the deal with IFN is for the sale of wholesale power to Telsa... which would save Telsa from having to buy their supply off the retail or spot market.
No need to disclose as not material impact to P&L of IFN
