As a shareholder I was a bit disappointed as he is a heavyweight name which many would have viewed as a vote of confidence in the business (I did) and from a quick look at all the announcements yesterday they now seem to be stacking the board with staff. This might cut costs but I would like to see more independent (non staff) directors eventually. It is a pity they weren't able or willing to explain the wholesale clean out of the independent directors more clearly.

I still need to properly read the rest of the four announcements but they do seems to indicate some activity is going on.
