Seem same same here. Fuel is over $2 per litre at some places. Renal prices are odd especially at a commercial level with really over the odds prices seen yesterday at an auction. Suspect a few % interest rises will smash people who have paid record high prices for places. Also suspect we will move off our historic low interest rates soon forced to protect exchange rates and OS investment $$$ which would evaporate quickly I think.
