I agree wholeheartedly.
As the U.S. dollar continues to lose value, it's reasonable to expect its overseas holders to get rid of it quick, which will speedily worsen the dollar's decline and drive inflation to a much higher plane.
And, if Russia and China introduce a gold-linked rival currency, the U.S. dollar might lose its world reserve currency status.
With a rival world currency available, Saudi Arabia might then repeal its law which requires all of its oil sales to be in U.S dollars.
I hold little hope for the U.S. Very soon we might witness its disintegration.
We'll see.
