our inflation is still too high at 4% on May and a major component of that was rent/property increase of 5%. This is no surprise for the rest of us, as rent, construction cost, property prices and mortgage payments have gone through the roof.

we now find out that because of corruption, most of these increase are being given to CFMEU as kickbacks and member fees, they are being given to crime gangs and bikers and donation to the ALP.

so the next time you think rent is too expensive, grocery is too expensive, properties are unaffordable or you are paying 2000-4000 more in mortgage, say thanks to CFMEU, their politician mates (Albo, Andrews and Allan), their criminal mate. Thank them for the cost of living increases.
