Shopping when items are "on special" will save you heaps.
DON'T throw out all the catalogues and pamphlets jamming your letter box, there is money to be saved in them.
Hate the way Coles do specials, 2 for $x, most of these you don't need two of, especially fresh stuff, because then you generally have to freeze one, and therefore no longer fresh.
