My mother in law said ages ago:
Go back to meat and two veg and your shopping bill will come down.
I don't buy anything packaged.
Buy good meat from the butcher or Aldi, and veg from greengrocers. All are cheaper than COLES.
I never go to Coles on principle - they have imported the Tesco model. It has ravaged towns in UK, and destroyed local farming.
