In my opinion the trend for interest rates is up not down. From what I gleaned thus far there appears to be difficult times ahead for the whole world. Simply put we, the world, are in a mess. So will properties rise or fall? My feeling is the property market is more than likely to fall or stabalise at these levels for many many years to come.
NB I am no expert and have been more wrong than right over the years.
