Interesting pugsley. I can't quite see the same happening with regards to wages now, although they do need a bit of catching up to reach the average cost of a house now!
Perhaps the reverse needs to happen, where house prices stay flat to let wages catch up?
The other thing is the chinese sending us money for our resources. If that slows, you'd think there might be some pressure on the unemployment rate.
Jeez there's a million things out there that could/may/not happen!
