Shopping online with chat boxes is everywhere now, but it's still not satisfactory. In spite of that, when we want to buy something, as I did today, we persevere.
Retailers need to be shown they will get many referrals from a happy customer when the buying experience is enhanced with a human face and ease of buying.
Just having a retail shop built into a website is not enough. An interactive bot is good. A personal service concierge will be brilliant! I would happy recommend that experience to my friends
