But they are being deceptive in providing recommendations or ratings that are only self serving. The should refrain from that while they are manipulating the price of a stock. It is unethical and in my opinion unlawful and I have made a complaint to ASIC. I have no objection to them shorting or not, but they need to keep their mouth shut in the public realm.
