Have you spoken to DD about Mr Williams? Whether or not he supports him doesn't mean, as a professional Director and Chair, Mr Williams won't add value and be an honestly independent mind.

I'm honestly ignoring who I think wants or doesn't want Mr Williams, I'm basing it on his experience and the value add he would bring to the BOD. I think he can make a deal happen in the best interests of the SHs, as he did at AWE.

My opinion, but there definitely needs to be a change so this is the opportunity and would mean an uneven number on the BOD which means decisions not deadlocks.
