It would be really great to know - who brought/nominated him (twice) and who on the board rejected him (twice) and for what reasons.

As shareholders we are flying blind with the decision in the AGM to allow him nomination or not ???

Also - does anyone know - when voting on AGM - is it just every sharehold has one vote (ie even weighting) or you have more weighting if you have more shares??
