The board needs to start updating the market on a more regular basis.
Considering the Vital deal was announced many many months ago for example and nothing since on this transaction.
Maybe an earnings guidance would be appropriate on Crowd direct considering the Xmas period should have seen an uplift in sales.
In this market where the opportunities are abundant shareholders will get distracted and move on quickly if there is lack of news.
Considering the company is looking for option holders to convert early for obviously some type of transaction one would have thought news flow would be high on the agenda IMO
