I've been watching this stock for a very long time, not in depth but keeping an eye on it. If anyone can help me with some questions would be appreciated.

when I jump on it, it will be a long term hold to ride it to the finish stages .

questions I've got:

how many shares are on issue?

have the directors taken positions on this stock.

upon success on the human trials, how far off is the final stages of being on the market.

I know this stocks like watching paint dry, but the stability in price it's why is attractive to me. If their drug works , early retirement would be on the cards
