Trying to be positive for the shareholders of NKP. There still needs to be evidence in relation to that article. But if it is deemed to be true, the game is indeed over and a lengthy court process will begin.
At the moment, it is best to not jump too far ahead and give the benefit of a doubt to the management although credibility has been blown apart of late.
