I think that some shareholders fail to understand that Nkwe Platinum and Genorah Resources are completely separate corporate entities and they are regarded as such under the relevant corporations laws in the two countries.

It seems that a lot of posters think of these companies as one and the same on the basis that Genorah Resources is a major shareholder in Nkwe Platinum and they share a number of common directors.

I'm sure that the Mines Minister and her key advisors are perfectly clear on this important issue as we should be.

Remember, 64% of the prospecting rights to the three Tubatse farms were assigned to Nkwe Platinum by Genorah Resources and this interest was registered by the Department of Mineral Resources before the recent court decision.
