    I look at it as Nkwe Platinum being used by Genorah Resources as a mechanism to raise capital, most of the immediate benefit going the the 'mysterious'(sic) Genorah shareholders and NKP 'management'(sic)

    The SA courts may decide to lift the corporate veil. The high NKP majority ownership by Genorah would warrant this imo.
