They have stated that their 2021 goal is to complete the megabit chip, and or corporate transaction. This means the corporate transaction is definite and the megabit chip is a maybe. It definitely doesn't say WILL. My bad. I was re-reading it and posted before double checking that detail. I'll rephrase and say that their GOAL is to have a corporate transaction next year.
