• New process breakthroughs have made 4DS’ Interface Switching ReRAM technology fully compatiblewith state-of-the-art high-volume DRAM and NAND production processes

The only new transistor type process that covers both 3D Nand & Dram is the new FanFET so that I believe is what the company has announced in the statement above but also look at the node it is chasing the 1nm & so if they have hit a slight tech issue I'm willing to forgive considering the geometries... Whether IMEC did or does go that far I don't know but as the premier R&D facility I'd be hunting the 1nm node for cudos alone..

As for 4DS, as per the results from the 3rd non platform lot, these guys have all but proven their technology is going to be a world first so bring on the 3rd platform lot integration and lets get this show on the road...
