yes, 4DS sub 20nm.
they have not explicitly announced the feature size. (Node geometry).
But imec memory vehicle itself is printable down to 20nm.
feature size of anything that integrates with it could be much smaller.
imec are working on 2nm technologies currently.
though in my view this does not include 4DS... but you never know.
