For every 100k shares in GCN you will receive free approx 15k or shares in the upcomming priority 1 company asx listing scheduled for later this year
Minimum amount required and current face value of p1
55,000 at 1.8c GCN = $990
receive 8,250 odd p1 shares free valued at 30c = $2,475
= 250% profit that's on current face value of 30c for p1
The more GCN you buy the more free shares you will receive at approx 15% ratio
so 100k gcn = approx 15k p1
200k gcn = approx 30k p1
and so on.......
30c value?? this is still yet to be set in stone, but they have struck a deal with insured group for this price to the value of $2.3mill and any future transactions will further support this like upcomming cornerstone investor which in latest interview was apparently going to invest millions in priority 1 prior to listing.
Basically to make sure you have the GCN shares in time and the right amount you'd want to buy before the 10th OCT and 55k shares or over as per ANN below
GoConnect Ltd ("GoConnect") has established an arrangement with Computershare Registry to
provide to the company, shareholder registration information as at books closing on 14 October 2011 to
determine entitlement to Priority One shares. We have also received advice from share registry that
shares in GoConnect purchased prior to commencement of trading on ASX on 10 October 2011 will be
able to be registered in time for the entitlement. Since not all shareholders, other than those registered
on 14 October 2011 with 55,000 or more shares, will be offered the entitlement, the ASX trading
platform will not be able to flag the entitlement in the normal manner as other securities that have made
distribution offers to all shareholders.
Hope this further helps some understanding of the p1 incentive for potential New investors
