Incorrect, if you've followed the news correctly you'll see Piedmont is submitting financing with the United States International Development Finance Corporation this quarter for Ewoyaa. The DFC has been fastracking such financing applications for strategic supply chain investments in Africa to ensure competitivness with China. So Piedmont will soon have the cash for this.
