Another informative update from Texon.

Eagle Ford Shale (Leighton/Sutton)
1 PDP (proved developed producing) 4 PUD (proved undeveloped) 1 PROB 14 POSS so 20 possible horizontals at 80 acre spacings.
Projected recovery very low at 5%.
Possible further upside, may need to reduce spacing to effectively produce from the EFS.
Potential 3rd well in 2011 but looks like location undecided so may not be relevant to Global. Assume this will be decided once the first two wells show which lease is the focus.

Olmos (Leighton/Sutton)
7 PDP 13 PUD 11 PROB 4 potential
7 wells planned (believe this is 2011 & beyond)

Also looking at testing Wilcox/Pearsall zones but this is across Leighton, Mosman, Rockingham & Sutton so might not involve Global. Looking for farmout for Pearsall.

Looking to acquire more EFS leases.
