Thanks Volvo - interesting comment about Woodside executive comment but I think their view will have moved on since then, as an accelerated development of Chinguetti is one of the 2-3 projects being relied upon by Woodside (and analysts) to arrest an otherwise upcoming production decline (and hence maintain/support the current share price).

And its quite conceivable that they also feel that there will be much more than the approx 150+ million barrels recoverable discovered to date (from Ching and Banda) in their Mauritania holdings, especially given the number of diapir prospects available for drilling over the next few years.

(I'm hoping so, anyway)
