I must be cafeful not to disclose information, but I spoke to some one in HDR last monday and they are saying that they are shocked that the SP isn't over a $1.00 as they have oil gushing out everywhere and looking forward to producing it.

Blacky, they haven't made a final desicion on the West Navigator but should be soon.

regardless of what the share price is now for HDR, the plans to produce are already up to the next stage, its just timing now.
