1 billion barrels of oil in place. prpspct sizes of 40-80 mboe
close to infrastructure. Roc will pay 20% of cost for first two wells and receive back costs. if succesful Roc will keep 23% of the block given Cnnoc buy back ability. Thus ulimate exposure is great and upfront costs limited allowing allocaion of Rocs cash pile to other areas
