I have just posted the below on another chat line and believe it is relevant to our HC shareholders of both ODY & MAE:

Spoke to Comp Sec of ODY, Mark Pearce, this afternoon and he advised that they are still waiting for sale of MAE. In meantime they are looking at other energy opportunities, not necessarily gas. Because of gas price, Oklahoma area would remain desk top examination only...pending results achieved by other company's drilling in same area. Still believes that ODY has a future even if Mae not sold.

Confirmed that Peter Collery had visited them in late May/June but no discussions made regarding oppies for MAE directors nor issue of shares to raise money.

When asked about MAE gas flows Mark indicated that before shut down of wells, 9 wells at Clear Ck averaged btw 2-4 mcfpd so 20 million could be expected when reactivated. He thought that there are another 5-7 wells in the Helper area but they were of lesser flow rates, but collectively both areas were economically productive.

Confirmed also that potential buyers for MAE were still there but that they wanted flow rates and performance confirmed before they would commit themselves. Believes a sale is still a very real proposition.
Am holder of both Mae and ODY. Lets hope we hear some flow rates sooner than later. Bernie
