help.... aum v exs I need help:

aum (mkt cap: $365m (& that's un-diluted)) - claim to have an "inferred resource of 59 million tonnes of copper"

exs (next door to aum, mkt cap: $43m) - say they have "defined more than 157,000 tonnes of copper & 141,000 ounces of gold" & only 8 miles from xstrata's mine, who are interested in exs. Plus they have other prospects.

I know grades come into it, but am I missing something here?
