A few funny points !!
1)If this was a complete takeover at 5c then the SP would be at 4.9-5 cents today instead of 4c(Does not make sense)!!
2)If you use some of the $227.5m on offer you could buy back the new 4.5 billion shares created and still be well in front at this current SP.
3)Pay a small dividend from the interest on the $227.5 m in the bank.
4)With 9 billion shares out there who would notice another few extras if they gave a free share to those who have held the stock for 12 months or more.
Would be nice wouldn't it !!!!
