re: spaceace - some calcs only 4 million shares out of escrow, which is nothing when compared to todays market volume of 33 million shares. If these shares where sold down, it might explain why the share price didn't rocket - once the overhang is sold, which it probably already has, then back to business.
A lot of charists in this place, but Value comes from understanding the $$$$ figures. And with a market capitalisation of only $16 m - compared to a sales figure close to $45 million, based on a conservative number of only 1 million barrels..you understand this LITTLE oiler is going places. OIL production starts in december.
This is just the begginning...a short term price of 60 cents can easily be made..which is a 50% discount to todys price.
Also, management shares escrowed until MAY 2006 - management are going to take this company to the next level - just further clarificatin needed.
