SOL only ever had 1,000,000....they still hold 400,000...they are an investment company as u well will know,so i dare say that they were merely taking profits.geoff hill one of the directors who's 2 companies pitt capital nominees pty ltd and HFT nominees pty ltd are controled by SOL and still have 3 odd million shares in EPE....u see thats what's had me stumped for the last few days...why would hill through his companies holdings sell down the majority of his holdings at slightly above the issue price of .20 cents...as i have stated thru my research i have found that geoff hill[who was appointed director only after SOL were made substantial shreholders]is the only director who is able to sell his shares all the remanding directors have there shares in escrow untill may of 2006...go figure...i think the results out of yb-4 will be better than yb-2 and 3..cheers
