Yes I have often had the feeling that the collapse of the merger was certainly instigated by the Luzon side. Yet there had earlier appeared to be a willingness for it to go ahead.
Then came that period of about a month when Vista became involved tring to recue the merger and there were board changes on Luzon.
Chris Roberts was appointed Chairman (I think?) but then had the car accident and then Luzon reneged on the deal.
So highly likely that there are some personal conflicts there and old scores to settle. Fun and games.
