"Fun and games" only as long as the directors don't waste shareholders funds to settle their personal conflicts. It would be far better for everyone - especially the long suffering shareholders - if the company just moved on from some of this, recognizing and learning from some very costly mistakes (particularly in Bolivia), and began to focus instead on advancing potentially good current projects. In other words, putting the present and future interests of shareholders in front of any personal "agro" from the past.
