I think you are right kelpie but I also think there is some strategic reasons for the law suit against Luzon regarding ownership of the work they did and also when I researched Luzon there was a range of other tenements in Bolivia other than Lipichi that they had that I think RAU would be interested in as well

There may not be a great deal of love between luzon and republic and that is understandable but I think there are strategic reasons why RAU undertook the legal action and I feel it is a lot more strategic than crying over spilt milk of days gone by
