Have had a look and it immediately struck me that even after RAU had announced that the Takeover was not going ahead (May 18) the Luzon shareprice remained around that 11 cent area right through to May 25 (arbitary date I set to cut off look at share price info)

So RAU's ceasing of the takeover did not have any material, detrimental effect on the Luzon shareprice. So to my mind to claim that the sp rose because of the RAU takeover offer jsut does not hold water because if that was critcal to the rise then the withdrawal would have seena equal consequential collapse in the sp immediately.

CASE PROVEN: COSTS AWARDED TO RAU !!!!! IMHO!
