I emailed investor services to confirm this new fgure which was release yesterday in the presentation and this is the response i received at 7.46pm last night.
Hi Andrew,
Initially the ADY shares were going to be consolidated to 280m, prior to the free distribution of the RLL shares.
The Board of Directors have reevaluated the market and company situation and recommend a consolidation of ADY shares under 150m shares as the share price will be stronger, the capital will be far less diluted and the stock will attract more institutional investors which will eventually lead to have the stock less exposed to day traders.
